Champagne Lebeau Batiste
Traditional family that has been around since the 13th century
The Le Beau Baptist is located in Chavoclecourt in Les Cotto Sud De Perne. The main vineyard is located in Les Cotto Sud de Perne, a historic producer built in the 13th century. We grow Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier mainly on limestone soil.

In 1981, the Domaine emerged from the alliance of two families, Pierre Baptiste de Mussy and Robert Le Beau de Chavoclecourt. In 2009, the current head, Florent Lebeau, took over the land of 6 hectares of vines on the southern slopes of Epernay and the Marne Valley.
The domaine is also undergoing an organic transformation. Their champagne uses only grapes from the Grape Tree Certification (HVE) high environmental value, which promotes biodiversity and respect for nature. We are currently in the process of Bio certification, and Chardonnay is scheduled to be certified in 2021.
